  • How do I access the resort’s Wi-Fi?

    At Pal Arinsal, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for all visitors with a valid pass for the 2025-2026 season, for the duration of their pass. To access the resort Wi-Fi on a mobile device, tablet or PC, you will need to connect to the Pal Arinsal Wi-Fi network. Register by filling in your personal details on the form that will automatically open on your device. Enter an email address to verify the account and then enter the Wi-Fi code you will find on your pass. Once you have completed the registration process you will have 60 minutes in which to validate your email address and enjoy Internet access.

  • How do I create my account?
    Creating an account is quick and easy. All you need to do is provide your personal details and a valid email address via any of our online channels. Or, if you prefer, you can use your Facebook account.
  • How far in advance do I need to make my online purchases for Pal Arinsal?
    The pass prices are dynamic and vary according to demand and how far in advance you purchase them. If you know the dates of your visit, we recommend booking your passes in advance make sure you get the best price.
  • How long do I have in which to cancel?

    You can cancel a booking at no extra cost until the date when cancellation fees apply.

  • How much time do I have to modify my booking?
    You can modify any of the services included in your booking, unless costs have already been incurred.
  • How to pick up a Ski Pass Plus+ on behalf of another person?

    Ski Pass Plus+ shall be delivered personally to the pass holder at the Grandvalira Resorts (Grandvalira, Parl-Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís) indicated during the contracting process and upon showing the reference number generated during the aforementioned process.
    The pass holder shall similarly present photographic proof of identification to accredit his/her identity (passport or national identification document). In the case of not being the acquiring party, it will be necessary to present an authorization signed by the acquiring party along with a photocopy of his/her passport or national id. 
     

  • I am a travel agent: am I entitled to any discounts?

    During the winter as a travel agents you have for you, a 20% discount on the purchase of ski passes of 2 days or more per season. To benefit from this advantage you must contact us, at least 48 hours in advance, from your agency email, making the corresponding request, to the email recepcio@grandvaliraresorts.com. 
    You will receive a discount code to apply when making your booking.

  • I am an instructor at another resort: am I entitled to any discounts?
    If they hold an ISIA Card, instructors from other resorts are given a 20% discount on the price of the pass. To get this discount, go to any of our ticket offices and present your card. This discount is not available for online bookings.
  • I have a gift voucher, how can I use it?

    Once you have decided on the dates you wish to visit us and what you wish to use the voucher on, you need to contact our booking department at least 72 hours beforehand in order to arrange the date and the product and/or service. Contact form

  • I have already registered with My Grandski but, can’t remember my password. What should I do?
    You can access My GrandSki whenever you like using your customer details. If you can’t remember the password, select “I've forgotten my password” and we will issue you a new one.
