Follow these steps to correctly top up your Plus+ Bike Pass:

1. Find the last active pass you used, as you will need the middle digits of the printed code.

2. During the purchase process, once you’ve selected the Plus+ Bike Pass product, click on “Top up now” and complete the code. Make sure the number shown matches the one on your printed pass.

3. If you don’t have the physical pass on hand, you can contact our department via the website form or request a duplicate at any of our ticket offices.

4. If needed, repeat the same process for each person included in the purchase.

Follow these steps to correctly top up your Season Pass:

1. Find the last active pass you used on the slopes as you will need the central numbers of the code printed on it. 
2. During the purchase process, once you have selected the products you want, select “top up now” and complete the code. Ensure that the number shown matches the one on your printed season pass.
3. If you do not have the physical ski pass at hand, you can contact us through the web form or you have the option of requesting a duplicate at our ticket offices.

You can be insured by paying a supplement of 40 € for insurance, directly at the ticket office. 
We remind you that, once the Season pass has been used, the insurance cannot be added.

1. Locate the last active ski pass you used, as you will need the central numbers of the printed WTP code.
2. In the checkout process, once you have selected the desired products and added the necessary documents, select "reload now" and complete the code. Make sure that the numbering shown matches the number on your printed ski pass.
3. If you do not have your physical ski pass at hand, you can contact our department through the following form. If you do not have the physical pass, you can order a new pass instead of topping it up.

If last season you had a Season Ski Pass Plus+ or a Season Ski Pass, you can reuse the same pass to top up your 2022-2023 Ski Pass Plus+. All you need to do is access to your My GrandSki account and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
 

At Pal Arinsal, unlimited Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for all visitors with a valid pass for the 2025-2026 season, for the duration of their pass. To access the resort Wi-Fi on a mobile device, tablet or PC, you will need to connect to the Pal Arinsal Wi-Fi network. Register by filling in your personal details on the form that will automatically open on your device. Enter an email address to verify the account and then enter the Wi-Fi code you will find on your pass. Once you have completed the registration process you will have 60 minutes in which to validate your email address and enjoy Internet access.
