Grandvalira Resorts does not issue duplicate ski passes, but you can buy a loss insurance at the resort’s ticket offices that allows you to obtain a free duplicate of your pass in case of loss. The cost is 1,75€ per day/person.
If you purchase the accident insurance on the slopes, it already includes loss coverage.
Meals are not included. At the nursery in Pal and Arinsal you can book directly in the school a children’s meal per day, or bring your own food.
Yes, the Plus+ Bike pass must be renewed each season you wish to use it. To do so, log into your My GrandSki account with your credentials and make the €5 registration payment again for summer 2025.
Insurance must be purchased at the same time as buying the Plus+ Bike Pass or, in any case, before doing any downhill runs. If you have already used the Plus+ Bike Pass, you cannot add insurance.
If you did not add insurance during the online purchase process, you still have time to do so when you go to the ticket office to pick up your Plus+ Bike Pass, before printing the pass.
Note: Insurance will be charged each day you use the Plus+ Bike Pass up to a maximum of €60. Once this amount is reached, the insurance charge will stop, but you will remain covered during your Bike days.

Yes, you can add or remove the ski insurance.
You can purchase your ski insurance during the checkout process by adding it free of charge, as it will be charged per day skied.
If you forgot to add the insurance, you can always contact our team through the webform to request its inclusion.
You can also remove the insurance at any time by contacting our team through the webform. In this case, the insurance will be removed so that you are not charged for future ski days, but any insurance already used will not be refunded.
In case of an accident on the ski resort, you must show your ski pass Plus+ at any of our Grandvalira Resorts medical centers. Remember that, in order to have medical assistance coverage, your Forfait Plus+ must be insured.
Otherwise, the medical costs are at the client's own expense. Check the insurance coverage conditions at https://creandvida.ad/
