  • Is it cheaper to buy the pass on the website than at the ticket offices?
    Yes, because the pass prices are dynamic and vary according to demand and how far in advance you purchase them. 
  • Is it possible to modify my booking?

    Yes, you can modify your booking at any time. The modification may be free of charge or may incur full or partial fees, depending on the date of the request and the booking policy indicated on your voucher.

    The amount originally paid that is subject to these fees will not be refunded.

  • Is the Mountain Pass necessary for mountain skiing outside the skiable areas?
    No. The Mountain Pass is only required when mountain skiing within the ski resorts. 
  • Is there a discount for Piolet Club card holders?

    Yes, upon presentation of your card and ID at the ticket office, you will receive a 10% discount on entry to the Bike World.

  • Is there a discount for registered large families?
    No discount is available.
  • Is there a discount for Youth Card holders?
    Upon presentation of your card at the ticket office, you will receive a 10% discount on your Bike Park pass.
  • Is there a discount with the Club Super 3 card?
     No discounts are currently available with this card. 
  • Is there a special pass for beginners?

    Yes, the beginner’s pass is on sale at our ticket offices and on our website. This pass grants access to certain facilities (lifts) at each of the sectors in our resort. Buy ski pass.

  • My child has a Super 3 Club Card: are they entitled to any discounts?
    We do not offer any discounts for Super 3 Club Card holders at present.
  • My child is young enough to qualify for a free pass. Do they need a pass to access the slopes?
    Although the pass is free, the child must have it in order to be able to access the slopes. Free passes can only be acquired at the ticket offices, as you will be required to show proof of your child’s age.
