If in the 2024 season you had a Bike Pass, in order to benefit from the special product as a loyal customer, you will receive an email with a code with which you can register through our online platform to purchase your 2025 Bike Pass.
You will have to enter this code at the time of registration, just when you are asked if you already had a summer season pass last year. You will have to mark CLIENT FIDEL and enter the corresponding number to get the final price.

Remember that your season pass is for personal, non-transferable use and is subject to the law on ski resorts and cable transport facilities 9-1-2000 (BOPA of 6-12-2000). If you give your pass to another person and they are stopped by our security teams, the person using the pass in the resort will automatically be issued a fine. Additionally, the pass will be withdrawn and will be returned under any circumstances during the summer 25.
Should you sell your season pass and this is discovered by Grandvalira Resorts, the pass will be automatically blocked and withdrawn and will not, under any circumstances, be returned to the season pass holder.
 

Remember that your season ski pass is for personal and non-transferable use and is subject to Law 21/2022, of June 9, on mountain resorts (BOPA of June 22, 2022).

If the ski pass is used by someone other than its holder, and it is intercepted by the station’s security teams or by the new fraud detection system with cameras at access points, the ski pass will be immediately withdrawn and will not be returned under any circumstances to allow continued skiing during the season.

In case of resale or fraudulent use of the Season Ski Pass, Grandvalira Resorts will automatically proceed to block and permanently withdraw the pass, which will not be returned to the holder under any circumstances.

If you bought a season pass for the 2024-25 season that was not fully or partially reimbursed, the renewal discount will be applied automatically when you buy the new pass online or a ticket office, provided that you log in using the email associated with your MyGrandski account.

Please note: the renewal discount does not apply to Senior over 70 years old, Senior over 75 years old, Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Baby, extracurricular, university, companion passes.


 

We recommend purchasing the Plus+ Bike pass for all non-resident customers in Andorra who expect to use the Bike Park fewer than 8 days. And for resident customers in Andorra fewer than 5 days.
In both cases, if you use the Bike Park more days than indicated, the maximum payment limit for the Plus+ Bike pass is €300, which is equivalent to the RRP price of the Non-Resident Bike Pass Season Pass.

Bike Park → reference price: €36 for the first Bike day; and the following days: €32,40 -10%.
