No. The passes and services purchased are not refundable under any circumstances. If the resort closes, you must go to one of our ticket offices, where the Grandvalira Resorts staff will tell you what you need to do. (The process will vary depending on the type of pass you have and the services you have purchased.)
If you had a Season Bike Pass during the 2025 season, in order to benefit from the special product as a loyal customer, you will receive an email with a code with which you can register through our online platform to purchase your 2026 Season Bike Pass.
You will need to enter this code during the registration process, just when you are asked if you already had a summer season pass last year. You will have to mark CLIENT FIDEL and enter the corresponding code to obtain the final price.

Please note that your season pass is strictly personal and non-transferable and is subject to Law 21/2022 of June 9th, on mountain resorts (BOPA of 22 June 2022).
If the pass is used by anyone other than the registered holder and is detected by the resort’s security teams or by the new fraud detection system using cameras at the access points, the pass will be immediately withdrawn and will not be returned under any circumstances during summer 2026.
In case of resale or fraudulent use of the Season Pass, Grandvalira Resorts will automatically proceed to block and permanently withdraw the pass, which will not be returned to the holder under any circumstances.
Remember that your season ski pass is for personal and non-transferable use and is subject to Law 21/2022, of June 9, on mountain resorts (BOPA of June 22, 2022).
If the ski pass is used by someone other than its holder, and it is intercepted by the station’s security teams or by the new fraud detection system with cameras at access points, the ski pass will be immediately withdrawn and will not be returned under any circumstances to allow continued skiing during the season.

If you purchased a paid season pass for the 2025–26 season and did not receive any compensation, the renewal discount will be applied automatically when you purchase your new pass, either online or at the ticket office, provided you log in with the email address associated with your MyGrandSki account.

Please note: the renewal discount does not apply to Seniors over 70 years old, Seniors over 75 years old, Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Baby, Extracurricular, University, Companion passes.
