The Bike Pass, summer pass, gives you access to the Pal Arinsal Bike Park. There are more than 60 km and 30 circuits available, as well as the resort’s four ski lifts, including the La Massana cable car. You will also be able to access the Grandvalira e-bike circuits.
If you held a Bike Pass during the summer 2025 season, you can benefit from a special price as a loyal customer.
To access this price, you will receive an email with a coupon that you must use during the purchase process on our online platform.
Log in to your account and, in your personal details, select the LOYAL CUSTOMER option and enter the coupon to view the product and the corresponding price.
If you have not received this coupon, you can request it through our web form.
In addition, if you already have a pass from the previous season, you can reload it during the purchase process. You will only need to locate it and enter the central digits of the WTP code printed on the card.
Lost or stolen pass
To proceed with blocking a lost or stolen pass, it is necessary to contact us via the web form or at any of our designated Grandvalira Resorts ticket offices and request immediate blocking.
A duplicate pass can be issued at any designated Grandvalira Resorts ticket office at a cost of €20.
Compensation policy
In the event of an accident, illness or pregnancy, you can contact us via our web form and the season pass department will review each case.
Important: Compensation vouchers processed during summer 2026 will be applied to summer 2027. These vouchers are personal, non-transferable, single-use, and can be used for a maximum of two consecutive seasons.
Insurance
The cost of the summer season insurance is €60 and it can be purchased through the online platform or at the designated ticket offices before using the season pass for the first time this summer.
If you have an Andorra Pass or Nord Pass for the 2025/2026 season, you can purchase the insurance at ticket offices for €60, and if you were already insured during the winter, you can get it for €40.
Please note that once the pass has been used, the insurance cannot be added. Please check the terms and conditions.
Discount for people with disabilities
20% discount on Bike Pass, applicable upon presenting a disabled card or proof of a disability of more than 33%.
This discount may only be applied to the cardholder and for purchases made at ticket offices. Please note: No discounts or compensation will be applied once season passes have been purchased, whether online or at the ticket offices at Grandvalira Resorts.

Use of the ski lifts
The Bike Park will open on June 20 and will operate daily until September 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In autumn, from September 19 to October 12, it will be open on weekends, with closing time brought forward to 5:00 p.m.
From July 7 to 12, due to the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, the resort will be partially open, with access only to the lower areas.
Users with an Andorra Pass or Nord Pass 2025–26 season pass can access the Pal Arinsal Bike Park during summer 2026. With Mountain Pass and Pedestrian passes, you have access to the gondola lifts (one ascent and one descent per day).
