Services and parking areas 

At Pal Arinsal there are 10 free car parks located at the different entrances to the sectors, with space for up to 6,600 vehicles. 

If you’re going skiing in Arinsal, we recommend parking in the town centre and taking Arinsal cable car to get to the slopes. Or, if you'd rather, you can park in Prat de la Mollera and take the Josep Serra chairlift to the main services building in Arinsal.

If you want to go to Pal, you can park in any of the resort’s car parks, which offer direct access to the different areas of the sector.

VIP Parking Service

During the winter at the Pal sector, you can rent a parking space for a day, week or even the entire season. The VIP parking spaces are located next to La Caubella services building and are limited, so don't miss out. 

Stop & Go Parking Service

This is an area of the car park where drivers can stop for a short time to drop off their passengers at the foot of the slopes, allowing them to quickly reach the resort’s ticket offices or their skiing classes. These parking spaces are located next to the Pla de la Caubella cable car.

  • Parking area of Coll de la Botella: 2 charging points.
  • Parking area of La Caubella: 2 charging points.
  • Parking at the exit of the Arinsal gondola: 1 charging point.
  • Parking at the exit of the Massana gondola: 2 charging points.

Overnight Stay for Motorhomes and Campervans at the Resorts

In accordance with current regulations in the Principality of Andorra, overnight stays in motorhomes, campervans or similar vehicles are only permitted in specifically designated and signposted areas.

During the winter season, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Commerce, has set up temporary overnight stay areas within the resorts. These areas are clearly marked, signposted, and supervised by resort staff. Overnight stays outside the authorized areas are not permitted.

Parkings with designated overnight stay areas:

  • Ordino Arcalís – l’Hortell Area: 50 spaces - View location
  • Ordino Arcalís – Planells: 10 spaces - View location
  • Grau Roig – Flor de Neu Parking: 25 spaces - View location - From 03/03 to 17/03, temporarily closed due to the Snowrow Festival.
  • Pas de la Casa – Bullidor Public Parking: 40 spaces - View location
  • El Tarter – Prat de la Costa Parking: 30 spaces (with services included) - View location
    • This is a strictly regulated area, aimed at ensuring proper capacity management, as other groups also use it.
    • The area features a small service zone, which includes: WC facilities, a black water disposal point, and a waste separation area (general waste and packaging).
    • Free access hours are from 08:00 to 12:00. Outside of this time and until 18:00, access must be arranged by phone by calling +376 354 091.
    • This car park authorises overnight parking, and the rules established by the current legislation and the Comú’s regulations apply. For those wishing to use camping-style services, the campings available in Canillo are recommended.
