You can collect the services that you have purchased online at the express machines (TVM) or directly at the Pal Arinsal ticket offices.
We have 8 TVM machines across several locations: the town of La Massana, the town of Arinsal, the entrances to the two sectors and the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. Our ticket offices are located at the foot of the La Massana and Orriols cable cars in Arinsal, and also in the Planell building in Pal and the Comallemple building in Arinsal.
You can park your motorhome in designated areas.
Currently, overnight stays or camp are not permitted in the parking lots of Grandvalira Resorts. However, you can do so at the following campsites or specific authorised areas:

✓ Camping Santa Creu – Canillo
✓ Camping Casal – Canillo
✓ Camping Janramon – Canillo

In order to collect your invitation at any of the Grandvalira Resorts ticket offices, you will have to access your My GrandSki account, go to the invitations section and obtain the locator. You can also send it to a friend or relative. You must bear in mind the following information:
ANDORRA PASS invitations: these can be used at the Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts.
NORD PASS invitations: these can be used at the Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts.
Invitations from the website can be requested once the current season has begun.
When you pick up your invitation, if you are not going to use it, make sure you do not carry it with you, or it may be activated at any ski lift and consumed.
Please note: When requesting the Reimbursement Guarantee, the invitation counts as one day of skiing. The following are excluded: Season Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Freestyle, Senior, Senior over 70 years old, Senior over 75 years old, Andorra Pass (all parishes), Sunday Pass, Extracurricular, University and Companion passes.

Bronze Range
· Level: Beginner or basic level.
· Features: Skis shorter than the client's height; softer and more manoeuvrable, they forgive mistakes and make it easier to learn turns.
· Ideal for people new to skiing.
Silver Range
· Level: Intermediate.
· Features: Provides a balance between performance and control.
· Ideal for skiers who already have some experience and are looking to improve their skiing level.
Gold Range
· Level: Advanced.
· Features: These skis are more reactive and offer better performance in a variety of conditions.
· Ideal for experienced and expert skiers looking for maximum technology and performance.
You can access the Bike Park in 2025 with the following passes:
Andorra Pass, Nord Pass, Andorra Pass Sundays (only Sundays), Andorra Pass Freestyle, Extracurricular/University pass, Companion pass and Bike Pass 2025.
