Insurance must be purchased at the same time as buying the Plus+ Bike Pass or, in any case, before doing any downhill runs. If you have already used the Plus+ Bike Pass, you cannot add insurance.
If you did not add insurance during the online purchase process, you still have time to do so when you go to the ticket office to pick up your Plus+ Bike Pass, before printing the pass.
Note: Insurance will be charged each day you use the Plus+ Bike Pass up to a maximum of €60. Once this amount is reached, the insurance charge will stop, but you will remain covered during your Bike days.

In case of an accident on the ski resort, you must show your ski pass Plus+ at any of our Grandvalira Resorts medical centers. Remember that, in order to have medical assistance coverage, your Forfait Plus+ must be insured.

If you suffer an injury when holding a Season ski pass, you must let us know as soon as possible via the web form. If you are not able to ski again for the rest of the season, we will assess the best form of compensation.
When does this apply? This will be applied in the event of pregnancy, of an accident, illness or forced closure of borders and/or the resort preventing further skiing.
In which type of ski pass is this guarantee included? These conditions are valid for the non-resident and resident season Pass. Grandvalira Resorts will consider the application of this guarantee to other season pass products depending on the type and days skied. In the case of having used the invitation, it will be considered as one day's skiing.
How does it work? A personal and non-transferable voucher will be issued as compensation, to be exchanged for the 2027 - 2028 season, according to the customer’s use of the season ski pass during the current season.

How long are they valid?
The compensation vouchers are valid for two consecutive seasons.
Compensation will not be provided if there are skiing days after the date of the medical certificate.
Until when can it be requested?
Requests can be made during the current season and until April 4, 2027.
Please note: Remember that you must provide the pertinent medical reports and your season pass for the compensation to be processed. The compensation will be applied taking into account reduced rates, pass types, and the final amount paid for the season pass. These conditions only apply to customers who suffer an injury.
In case of accident, illness or pregnancy you can contact through our online form and Grandvalira Resorts Season Pass department will study each case and offer an answer, as long as the pass is not amortized.
Yes, Ski Pass Plus+ needs to be renewed every season you want to use it. All you need to do is access to your My GrandSki account with your email and password as previous seasons, and pay again the 5€ registration fee for the 2025-26 season.
