Grandvalira Resorts introduces a new multi-station mobile application. In this way, the Grandvalira, Pal Arinsal, and Ordino Arcalís applications come together as one to facilitate the transition between ski resorts for those customers who typically ski at different locations. Also, enjoy the new s-SIM service!
The new application is very intuitive, appealing, and functional, providing the user with a useful experience before, during, and after their stay. It features an initial homepage where the user can select the desired ski resort, and from that point onward, the experience becomes fully personalized.
Access is granted using the same username and password as My GrandSki, which includes the most valued functionalities by users:

With the location service, see the real-time location of your family and friends through the app.

The desire to facilitate processes and customer service is one of the hallmarks of Grandvalira Resorts, which since its inception has been strongly committed to innovation and constantly improving its digital ecosystem with a view to constructing a stable technological environment that focuses on the skier.
Sale of eSIMs. The main innovation offered by the new app is the ability to directly buy an eSIM that allows users to quickly and easily connect to Andorra's mobile network, ensuring a high-quality connection for customers throughout their stay in the resorts. What's more, the prices of the eSIMs that can be purchased with the new Grandvalira Resorts app are the most competitive in the market. Customers visiting the resorts from outside Andorra will now be able to maintain their mobile data as soon as they enter the Principality, without having to worry about roaming.
Locating friends and family on the slopes. The app makes it possible for users to share their location in real time with friends, family and companions and arrange to meet up with them on the slopes or at the resorts.
New more functional and intuitive design. The app has been redesigned to improve user experience. The new interface is more intuitive and easier to navigate, allowing users to quickly and efficiently access all the functions.
Personal identification by means of a QR code. The app will have its own personal identifier in the form of a QR code that offers a number of advantages, such as buying day passes at dynamic prices and benefitting from discounts on the prices offered at the ticket offices.

What do you have to do?
Open the GPS Tracker and record as many kilometres as you can IN ONE DAY*. Complete it as many times as you want to try and beat your own record!

CHALLENGE 2
The time has come for you to show us all exactly how much you love skiing.
What do you have to do?
Use the app’s GPS Tracker to record all of your daily runs and build up your total kilometres. Once the season's over, the skier with the most total kilometres wins.

Grandvalira, Ordio Arcalís and Pal Arinsal – over 300 km of slopes for you to carve up!
What’s up for grabs?
The person in first place at the end of the challenge wins an Andorra Pass.

Once the challenge has finished, the winner will be contacted by email.
How many kilometres will you be able to rack up this season?
Only the distance skied is taken into consideration. The distance recorded while on ski lifts does not count towards this challenge.
Grandvalira resort workers and other external staff will not be able participate in this challenge.
Users may not win more than one Grandvalira Resorts challenge per season.
