  • Does Pal Arinsal have nurseries?
    Yes. The nursery accepts children aged 1 to 5.
  • Does Pal Arinsal have shops where I can hire ski and snowboard equipment?

    No, it does not. However, we offer a wide range of partner shops where you can rent equipment in advance through our website.

  • Does the half-day option exist in plus+ Ski pass?

    NO, there is no half-day option, nor nighttime slope, pedestrian, Mountain or Peretol passes in Plus+ Ski pass.

    The Plus+ Ski pass is directly linked to the one-day ski pass.

     

  • Does the Mobile Pass use a lot of phone battery?

    It uses very little battery. With BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology, you'll barely notice any impact on your phone's battery. That said, just in case, come with your phone charged to 100%, and if not, we have chargers available at the resort.

  • Does the pass price include insurance covering accidents on the slopes?
    No, but ski insurance can be taken out via our website when you purchase the pass. It can also be taken out at the ticket offices. It is important to bear in mind that once a pass has been used, insurance can no longer be added to it.
  • Does the price of children’s lessons include a pass?

    A pass is required for children's services and activities (Nursery, Snow garden, Kids Programme, children’s group lessons). The price of the pass is not included in these services and activities. 

  • Does the price of the lessons include the pass and equipment hire?

    The price of the lessons does not include the pass or the equipment hire. We have offers that combine these options at a cheaper price.

  • Does the price of the pass include insurance?
    No, the pass doesn't include insurance, but you can take it out directly at the ticket office when you buy your pass.
  • Does the resort have car parks

    In Pal Arinsal, we have 10 free car parks with capacity for 6,600 vehicles.

    If you choose to go to Arinsal, we recommend that you park in the centre of the town and use the Arinsal cable car to access the slopes. If you prefer, you can park in Prat de la Mollera and access the central services building in Arinsal via the Josep Serra chairlift.

    If you choose to go to Pal, you can park in any of the reserved parking areas at slopes with direct access to the different points in the sector.

  • Does the resort have ski lockers? Where are they?

    The ski lockers service in Pal Arinsal is external, and belongs to the company The Ski Storage. They manage the three points, located at the La Massana cable car, the Caubella building and the Comallemple building. A locker service is available for 3 or 5 pairs of skis/snowboards, as well as lockers for backpacks or other smaller objects. More information and booking .
