  • Can I use my Forfet Plus+ Bike at the Winter Park during winter?

    No. Your Plus+ Bike Pass is for summer use only and is valid exclusively within the Pal Arinsal domain.

  • Can I use my Plus+ Bike Pass on the Grandvalira circuits?

    No. With your Plus+ Bike Pass, you can only access the Pal Arinsal circuits during the summer.

  • Can I use the cable cars if I’m pregnant?
    It is important to note that, in general, using the cable car does not pose any risks to pregnant women. However, as with any activity, it is essential that you listen to the guidelines and recommendations of your doctor.
  • Can I use the invitations I was unable to use in the 2025-26 season for the 2026-27 season?

    No. Invitations cannot be carried over.

  • Can I use the pass I bought during the 2026 summer season at the Winter Park during the 2026/27 winter season?

    Yes, with the purchase of the Bike Pass Season Pass 2026 you have access from the moment of purchase until April 6, 2026, summer 2026 and winter 2026/27. 

    From July 7 to July 12, the access to the Bike Park circuits will be closed for the celebration of the MTB World Cup.
    From July 7 to July 12, access to the lifts will only be available with an event ticket. 

    *The schedules are subject to possible modifications during the season.

  • Can I use the ski pass I bought during the winter season 2025/26, to the ski lifts enabled during the summer season 2026?

    Users who are holders of an Andorra Pass, Nord Pass purchased during the winter season 2025/26, can access the Grandvalira Resorts ski lifts during the summer season 2026 to the Grandvalira and Pal sectors.


  • Can tickets only be bought online, or can they also be bought at the ticket office?

    Tickets can be bought in advance through the website, or at the ticket office directly.

  • Can you get to the resort by car?

    Yes, once you reach the town of La Massana, continue along the CG-4 towards Pal and then take the CS-420 to La Caubella, the base of the resort, where you can access the Bike World and the Bike Park.

  • Can you get to the resort by public transport?

    During the summer, you can take public transport to La Massana. If you're coming from Andorra la Vella or Escaldes – Engordany, you can take the line L5 or L6 bus and get off at the “Centre Vila” stop, in front of the La Massana Cable Car building.
    Once you get to La Massana, you can take our cable car to the Bike Park & Bike World (approx. 7 minutes).

  • Do all of the cable cars provide wheelchair access?
    Access to both the La Massana and Orriols cable cars is possible for those with reduced mobility. Just ask the conductor to stop or reduce the speed to allow you to enter.
