If you choose one of our "Hotel + ski packages", the ski passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (This service is only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days). Please note that this service is not available for bookings where the first ski day coincides with the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to pick up your pass at any of the ticket offices in our resort.
Ski insurance must be purchased with your season pass or, in all cases, before you ski for the first time. Insurance cannot be added or remove once your Ski Pass has been used. You can check the coverage at: Creandvida

Yes, all new ski season passes issued during the 2024/25 season are reusable. These supports will be reusable for future seasons.
In accordance with current regulations in the Principality of Andorra, overnight stays in motorhomes, campervans or similar vehicles are only permitted in specifically designated and signposted areas.
For this season, Grandvalira Resorts Andorra, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Commerce, has set up provisional overnight stay areas at the resorts while the definitive areas—planned for summer 2026—are being developed. These spaces are marked, signposted, and monitored by resort staff. Overnight stays outside the authorised areas are not permitted.
Parkings with designated overnight stay areas:
In the Pal and Arinsal sectors, the three-day, four-day and five-day courses start on Monday, while the two-day courses start on Saturday. It is not possible to start on another day of the week, except for special departure on 27 December (for 3, 4 or 5 day).
Yes, if you had an Andorra Pass or Nord Pass season pass in the 2024/2025 season and you did not use it, you can use it during the 2025 summer season and go to any ticket office of the resort to request it.
No. Your Plus+ Bike Pass is for summer use only and is valid exclusively within the Pal Arinsal domain.
