If you choose one of our "Hotel + ski packages", the ski passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (This service is only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days). Please note that this service is not available for bookings where the first ski day coincides with the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to pick up your pass at any of the ticket offices in our resort.

Ski insurance must be purchased with your season pass or, in all cases, before you ski for the first time. Insurance cannot be added or remove once your Ski Pass has been used. You can check the coverage at: Creandvida  
Remember, you can also take out ski insurance with the season Mountain Pass or Pedestrian. 

Yes, all new ski season passes issued during the 2025/26 season are reusable. These supports will be reusable for future seasons.

In accordance with current regulations in the Principality of Andorra, overnight stays in motorhomes, campervans or similar vehicles are only permitted in specifically designated and signposted areas.

For the winter season, Grandvalira Resorts, in coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Commerce, has set up provisional overnight stay areas at the resorts. These spaces are marked, signposted, and monitored by resort staff. Overnight stays outside the authorised areas are not permitted.

Parkings with designated overnight stay areas:

• Ordino Arcalís – l’Hortell Area: 50 spaces - View location
• Ordino Arcalís – Planells: 10 spaces - View location
• Grau Roig – Flor de Neu Parking: 25 spaces - View location
• Pas de la Casa – Bullidor Public Parking: 40 spaces - View location
• El Tarter – Prat de la Costa Parking: 30 spaces (with services included) - View location
  • This is a strictly regulated area, aimed at ensuring proper capacity management, as other groups also use it.
  • The area features a small service zone, which includes: WC facilities, a black water disposal point, and a waste separation area (general waste and packaging).
  • Free access hours are from 08:00 to 12:00. 
  • This car park authorises overnight parking, and the rules established by the current legislation and the Comú’s regulations apply. For those wishing to use camping-style services, the campings available in Canillo are recommended.
• Pal – Caubella Area: 23 spaces (with services included) - View location
• Arinsal – Comallemple Parking: 20 spaces - View location
• Pal – Coll de la Botella Parking: 20 spaces - View location

In the Pal and Arinsal sectors, the three-day, four-day and five-day courses start on Monday, while the two-day courses start on Saturday. It is not possible to start on another day of the week, except for special departure (see calendar). As an alternative, we offer private lessons subject to availability.

Grandvalira Resorts is currently working together with the Government of Andorra to define the authorised areas. For this reason, the final information regarding the available areas is still pending confirmation.

As of today, the only authorised area with services is:

• Pal – Caubella Area: 24 spaces

Yes, if you had an Andorra Pass or Nord Pass season pass in the 2024/2025 season and you did not use it, you can use it during the 2025 summer season and go to any ticket office of the resort to request it.
