  • Are children grouped by level? Do they go out onto the slopes?

    Children attending the Snow Garden, Kids Program, or children's Collective lessons are grouped according to their skiing ability. Those who have never skied before will stay on the slope reserved exclusively for the ski school. Children who have skied before will go out onto the slopes with an instructor.

  • Are half-day passes available?

    Yes, we offer afternoon passes. This ski pass can be used from 1:00 pm until the slopes close.

  • Are my card details protected?
    Security is a priority for NEVASA/GRANDVALIRA, which is why we strive to make sure our transaction processes are secure and that your personal information is protected. We use the latest technology to ensure the confidentiality of all of the data that is gathered through this website.
  • Are sleds allowed on the slopes?

    No, they are not. For safety reasons we do not allow the use of sleds at our facilities. But we have a pack that includes this activity. Book. 

  • Are snowbikes and snowscoots allowed on the slopes?

    Yes. These activities are permitted at our resort.

  • Are there any discounts for travel agents during the summer?

    Please note that we do not offer travel agent discounts during the summer season.
    However, during the winter season, travel agents can benefit from a 20% discount on the purchase of ski passes for 2 days or more (per season).

  • Are there any discounts for Youth Card holders?

     During the winter we do not offer any discounts for Youth Card holders .

  • Are there discounts for large families?
    No, but we have various family packages and offers. We recommend that you visit our offers section.
  • Are there discounts on passes for people with functional diversity?

    Yes. You can find information on discounts and the corresponding conditions on our website.

  • Are there restaurants in the Bike World?
