  • Can I exchange the mode of my season pass?
    To exchange a ski pass, you must contact the seasonal ski pass department using our form.
    If the season has not yet started and the ski pass has not been used, it can be exchanged, and the difference will be either paid or refunded according to the exchange.
    On the other hand, please note that if your season ski pass is an Andorra Pass that has been used and you want a Nord Pass, the skied days will be subtracted  from the price of the initial purchase (including the invitation if it has been used). These skied days will be considered at the price of a day ski pass at the ticket office. After this, the exchange will be carried out.
     
  • Can I fly my drone in Pal Arinsal?

    While the resort is in operation, Grandvalira Resorts forbids the use of drones throughout the entire area that comprises and is used by the resort. You can find more information on the legislation governing the use of drones in Andorra here.

  • Can I get an invoice in the name of a company?

    Yes. If you made the purchase online, in order to send you the invoice with the company details, we need you to create a profile with this information using the following link.

    Once this profile has been created, you must contact us through the form indicating the email associated with this new account so that we can modify the invoice details.

    If you made the purchase directly at our ticket offices, you will need to provide the company details and attach the purchase receipt.

  • Can I go up to the park with my wheelchair?

    Yes, access for people with reduced mobility is possible. Just ask the driver to stop or slow down speed to facilitate the descent.

  • Can I have adapted ski lessons?

    Our ski schools offer the opportunity to learn to ski and can adapt to most types of functional diversity, in order to make the sport accessible to all. Our instructors are highly qualified in the use of adaptive techniques for alpine skiing. We offer lessons at beginner, advanced and competition level.  If you are interested in this activity, please complete the following form.

  • Can I hire adapted equipment at the resort?

    We do not have equipment available for hire; however, the equipment is included in the price of the private lessons offered by our schools.  If you are interested in this activity or would like further information, please complete the following form.

  • Can I hire ski clothing?

    Although Pal Arinsal does not have its own hire shops, we recommend the following shops that do offer this service:

  • Can I only book lessons at the ski school if I am a beginner?
    Our ski school is designed for all levels, even advanced skiers who wish to perfect their technique or try a different discipline. Freeride, freestyle, skimo... discover all the options by clicking on the following link!
  • Can I order food in advance?
    Yes, we offer express menu options (sandwich, crisps and drink). This menu optio can only be purchased onlin e. They cannot be purchased at the resort’s restaurants.
  • Can I organise my own snowshoeing excursion?

    To access the marked routes within the area encompassing the ski resorts, you must have a mountain pass. For more information, please click on the following link.
