  • What are the Bike Park's opening hours?
    • 14-15 June, from 9h30 am to 6 pm.
    • From August 21st to Septembre 14th, from 9h30 am to 6 pm
    • Weekends from September 20 to October 12, from 9h30 am to 5 pm.
  • What are the Bike Park's opening hours?
    • From June 14 to June 15 and from June 21 to September 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Weekends from September 20 to October 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    • From December 5 to April 6, 2026

    From July 7 to July 13, access to the Bike Park circuits will be closed due to the celebration of the MTB World Cup.
    Only the lower areas will remain open.

  • What are the Bike World's opening hours?
    The Mountain Park is open from 10:15 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. 
  • What are the opening hours of the ticket offices for purchasing and/or picking up my passes?

    Our ticket offices are open every day throughout the winter season from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

  • What are the rates for the different types of Plus+ Bike pass?

    The rates applied on the first day of using the Bike pass will vary depending on the category and the age of each pass holder. All rates are subject to changes by Grandvalira Resorts during special periods throughout the 2025 summer season.

  • What are the specific rules for mountain skiing in the ski resorts?
    You are only permitted to go mountain skiing on routes or suitable ski slopes, and at the times planned by the operating company.
    You must never use a closed slope. The indications in relation to the slopes must be respected.
    It is prohibited to bring dogs.
    Pedestrians and snowshoers are not allowed to walk on slopes or mountain skiing routes. There are specific circuits prepared for this.
    You are forbidden from skiing on ascent circuits marked as off-slope.
  • What are the steps to follow to enjoy my ski days in other resorts?
    Each season pass has advantages and special conditions. In order to enjoy your ski days in the resorts that have an agreement with Grandvalira Resorts, you must enter our Andorra Pass or Nord Pass website and select the international ski resort to find out how to access, how many days and available dates you have with your season pass.
  • What are the terms and conditions for cancellation?

    Each service has its own cancellation policy, which can be found in the shopping cart or on the voucher for the purchased service.

  • What discounts and/or benefits am I entitled to with my season pass?

    With a season pass, you obtain a 10% discount on services at Grandvalira and the Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts (lessons, catering, activities...), along with attractive benefits outside Grandvalira Resorts. Check them out regularly on our website.
