When the 2025-26 season has ended, we recommend that you keep your pass. At Grandvalira Resorts all the season ski passes can be topped up. This means the same card can be used for future occasions.
The pass does not have your photo on it, but it is registered in our system for security reasons. The season pass continues to be personal and non-transferable, and is subject to Law 21/2022, of June 9, on mountain resorts (BOPA of June 22, 2022). Also remember that the resort carries out regular pass checks at different points in the skiable area. If another person uses your season pass, it will be withdrawn definitively.
When the 2026 summer season ends, we recommend keeping your pass. At Grandvalira Resorts, all passes are rechargeable, so you can reuse the same card on future occasions.
In case of loss or theft of your season pass, the first thing you need to do is contact the Season Pass department via the web form so they can block the pass and avoid possible fraudulent use. Then, you must go to any of our authorized ticket offices at the resort to issue a duplicate, which has a cost of €20, so you can continue skiing. You will find step-by-step instructions in section 1) of the resort’s internal regulations.
From July 7 to July 12, access to the Bike Park circuits will be closed due to the celebration of the MTB World Cup.
