  • What does the Andorra Pass Summer consist of?
    This pass includes access to any two of these five Grandvalira Resorts sectors: Canillo, Soldeu, Encamp, Ordino and Pal.  
                                                                                                   
    Information to take into account:                                                                                                                                    
    • Use of the cable car and one activity are included in each sector. More details by following this link .                  
    • You can use this pass on consecutive or non-consecutive days throughout the whole summer (subject to the calendar of each activity).
    • You can use this pass in different sectors or in the same sector.
  • What does the Mountain Pass include?
    During winter, the Mountain Pass gives you access to the 39 marked mountain skiing circuits at the resorts, and to areas of the skiable domain that are suitable for snowshoeing. It also allows you to use the 13 ski lifts designated by the resorts (with one return trip per day, per lift).
  • What events are scheduled and when do they take place?

    The Pal sector will play host to the 2025 Mountain Bike World Championships from July 9 to July 13. Buy your tickets here .

  • What is Bike World about?

    Bike World features five different zones, each adapted to a learning level and designed to help you progress gradually:

    First Wheel: for taking your first pedal strokes.
    Bike Rules: to learn basic bike traffic rules.
    Ride Challenge: to overcome obstacles and build confidence.
    Trail Boost: to improve technique with the help of a magic carpet lift.
    Exploradors del Refugi: an interactive route to discover nature while riding.

  • What is My GrandSki ?
    My GrandSki is a single client’s identification register. With My GrandSki account, you can merge your data and connect to all our services and sales channels with a single click: Wi-Fi, app, season pass, newsletter, plus+ Ski Pass , online purchases and more. It is quick and easy.
     
  • What is the booking reference code?

    It is a six-digit alphanumeric code that uniquely identifies your booking. You can find it on your service voucher and use it to reference your booking when contacting us, during your stay at the resort, or when communicating with the service providers included in your reservation.

  • What options are there for my child?

    The Pal Arinsal Bike School offers three options for children. Furious , for children aged 3 to 11, with classes held on weekends from May. Furious Camp , for children aged 6 to 12, with classes held during themed weeks in the summer. Summer Kids Cam​​​​​​​p, for children aged 4 to 13.

  • What other activities can I do, apart from skiing and snowboarding?
