  • Where can I buy the Mountain Pass?
    The Mountain Pass can be purchased on the Grandvalira Resorts website, at the stand of the illa Carlemany or at the ticket offices of your choice from the opening of the resorts.
  • Where can I buy the Plus+ Bike Pass of Pal Arinsal?

    This product is only available through our website: https://plus.grandvaliraresorts.com/

    To complete your purchase, you only need a bank card. During checkout, you’ll enter your card number, and all future charges for your Bike days will be automatically applied to that card.
    Note: Please note that an initial charge of €5 will be made for the purpose of account activation and management of the purchase. 
    If your card expires, is lost, or deactivated, please contact our Plus+ Pass support team via the web form as soon as possible to update your data and avoid your pass being blocked.

  • Where can I check the condition of the roads for accessing Pal Arinsal?
    The Government of Andorra has a website where it publishes all of the real-time information on road conditions: www.mobilitat.ad
  • Where can I check the current promotions for the season?

    The terms and conditions of the promotions can be found directly on our website. Additionally, if you are registered in our database, you will receive our regular newsletter which includes details of promotions and/or last-minute offers.

  • Where can I hire a bike?

    The resort doesn't have its own hire shops, but we can recommend a range of shops that hire out bikes. More information.

  • Where can I obtain the passes and services I’ve purchased?

    You can collect the services that you have purchased online at the express machines (TVM) or directly at the Pal Arinsal ticket offices.

    We have 8 TVM machines across several locations: the town of La Massana, the town of Arinsal, the entrances to the two sectors and the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. Our ticket offices are located at the foot of the La Massana and Orriols cable cars in Arinsal, and also in the Planell building in Pal and the Comallemple building in Arinsal.

  • Where can I park my motorhome?

    Pal Arinsal has launched the first phase of the new motor home parking area in La Caubella. The space will offer thirty bays and will be equipped with a sanitary zone for the disposal of grey and black water, a supply of drinking water and three public toilets, designed to provide comfort for visitors who choose this type of tourism.

    This first phase does not yet include electrical hook-ups, although the project is part of a strategy for continuous improvement of infrastructure.                                

  • Where can I pick up my invitation?

    In order to collect your invitation at any of the Grandvalira Resorts ticket offices, you will have to access your My GrandSki account, go to the invitations section and obtain the locator.  You can also send it to a friend or relative. You must bear in mind the following information:

    ANDORRA PASS invitations: these can be used at the Grandvalira, Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts.

    NORD PASS invitations: these can be used at the Ordino Arcalís and Pal Arinsal resorts.

    Invitations from the website can be requested once the current season has begun.
    When you pick up your invitation, if you are not going to use it, make sure you do not carry it with you, or it may be activated at any ski lift and consumed.

    Please note: When requesting the Reimbursement Guarantee, the invitation counts as one day of skiing. The following are excluded: Season Mountain Pass, Pedestrian, Freestyle, Senior, Senior over 70 years old, Senior over 75 years old, Andorra Pass (all parishes), Sunday Pass, Extracurricular, University and Companion passes. 
     

  • Where can I pick up my season Bike Pass if I already bought it online?
    To pick up your Season Bike Pass, during the summer season are enabled the ticket offices of the la Massana Gondola, the Pla de la Caubella of Pal sector.

  • Where can I use my express menu voucher?

    Express menu vouchers can be used at the following establishments: 

    Pal sector:

    • Xiringuito de Pal: Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soda)
    • Burger & Cot (terrace): Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)
    • Xiringuito Coll de la Botella (Terrace): Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)
    • Pasta Box: Pasta or Pizza + drink (water or soft drink)

    Sector of Arinsal:

    • Piccolo: Pasta + drink (water or soft drink)
    • Xalet Igloo: Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)
    • Terroir: Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)
    • Niu: Yakisoba + drink (water or soft drink) or Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)
