- When will the Bike Park be open?
The Bike Park is scheduled to open on 20 June and it will be open every day until 13 September.
During the 2026 UCI MTB World Cup (from July 7 to 12), only the lower area will be open to the public.
From 19 September it will be open at the weekend until 12 October.
The weather conditions will dictate whether or not it will be open.
- When will the Bike World be open?
Bike World is scheduled to open on 20 June it will remain open every day until 13 September, depending on weather conditions.
From 7th to 13th July will be closed due to the 2026 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships.
- Where are the schools located? Can I get there by car?The schools and crèches in Pal and Arinsal are located near the Planell service building in Pal and the Comallemple service building in Arinsal. The parking areas are located at a distance of approximately 100 m in the case of Pal, and around 400 m in Arinsal.
- Where can I buy the bike pass?
You can buy your Bike Park pass in several locations:
Online shop: go to the website and select the best pass for your needs.
La Massana cable car: directly at the ticket office
Tourist information office: located in Plaça de les Fontetes.
Pal customer service: located in the El Planell building. Directly at the ticket office.
Ticket machines: buy your pass whenever you want (24 hours a day) without having to queue (passes can be purchased for the day until 2:30 p.m.). - Where can I buy the Mountain Pass?The Mountain Pass can be purchased on the Grandvalira Resorts website, at the stand of the illa Carlemany or at the ticket offices of your choice from the opening of the resorts.
- Where can I buy the Plus+ Bike Pass of Pal Arinsal?
This product is only available through our website: https://plus.grandvaliraresorts.com/
To complete your purchase, you only need a bank card. During checkout, you’ll enter your card number, and all future charges for your Bike days will be automatically applied to that card.
Note: Please note that an initial charge of €5 will be made for the purpose of account activation and management of the purchase.If your card has expired or you have lost it, you can update the payment from your user account in the “My purchases” section and also register your new card as the payment method for charges associated with your initial locator.
- Where can I check the condition of the roads for accessing Pal Arinsal?The Government of Andorra has a website where it publishes all of the real-time information on road conditions: www.mobilitat.ad
- Where can I check the current promotions for the season?
The terms and conditions of the promotions can be found directly on our website. Additionally, if you are registered in our database, you will receive our regular newsletter which includes details of promotions and/or last-minute offers.
- Where can I hire a bike?
The resort doesn't have its own hire shops, but we can recommend a range of shops that hire out bikes. More information.
- Where can I obtain the passes and services I’ve purchased?
You can collect the services that you have purchased online at the express machines (TVM) or directly at the Pal Arinsal ticket offices.
We have 8 TVM machines across several locations: the town of La Massana, the town of Arinsal, the entrances to the two sectors and the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. Our ticket offices are located at the foot of the La Massana and Orriols cable cars in Arinsal, and also in the Planell building in Pal and the Comallemple building in Arinsal.
