- What should I do if my pass is lost or stolen? Who should I contact?
If your Plus+ Bike Pass is lost or stolen at Pal-Arinsal, please report the situation as soon as possible to the Ski Pass Plus+ customer service department by using our web form or by calling +376 89 18 00 , so that the pass can be blocked to prevent possible fraudulent use. After that, you will need to go to the designated ticket offices at Pal-Arinsal to request a duplicate.
- Can I use my Forfet Plus+ Bike at the Winter Park during winter?
No. Your Plus+ Bike Pass is for summer use only and is valid exclusively within the Pal Arinsal domain.
- Can I use my Plus+ Bike Pass on the Grandvalira circuits?
No. With your Plus+ Bike Pass, you can only access the Pal Arinsal circuits during the summer.
- If I had a season Bike Pass last season, can I renew it?
Yes, the Plus+ Bike pass must be renewed each season you wish to use it. To do so, log into your My GrandSki account with your credentials and make the €5 registration payment again for summer 2025.
- How can I recharge my Plus+ Bike Pass?
Follow these steps to correctly top up your Plus+ Bike Pass:

Find the last active pass you used, as you will need the middle digits of the printed code.

During the purchase process, once you’ve selected the Plus+ Bike Pass product, click on “Top up now” and complete the code. Make sure the number shown matches the one on your printed pass.

If you don’t have the physical pass on hand, you can contact our department via the website form or request a duplicate at any of our ticket offices.

If needed, repeat the same process for each person included in the purchase.

Advantages and conditions
- What are the rates for the different types of Plus+ Bike pass?
The rates applied on the first day of using the Bike pass will vary depending on the category and the age of each pass holder. All rates are subject to changes by Grandvalira Resorts during special periods throughout the 2025 summer season.
- If I have had an accident and have a Plus+ Bike pass, what should I do?
In case of an accident on the circuits, you must present your Plus+ Bike pass. Remember that, in order to receive medical assistance coverage, your Plus+ Bike pass must be insured.

We recommend purchasing the Plus+ Bike pass for all non-resident customers in Andorra who expect to use the Bike Park fewer than 12 days. And for resident customers in Andorra fewer than 10 days.
In both cases, if you use the Bike Park more days than indicated, the maximum payment limit for the Plus+ Bike pass is €300, which is equivalent to the RRP price of the Non-Resident Bike Pass Season Pass.Bike Park → reference price: €30 for the first Bike day; and the following days: €27 -10%.

- What discounts and/or benefits do I get with my Plus+ Bike pass?
With your Plus+ Bike pass, you can enjoy a 5% discount on restaurant services at Pal-Arinsal. You must present your Plus+ Bike pass at the resort when using the reserved services.

- Where can I buy the Plus+ Bike Pass of Pal Arinsal?

To complete your purchase, you only need a bank card. During checkout, you’ll enter your card number, and all future charges for your Bike days will be automatically applied to that card.
Note: Please note that an initial charge of €5 will be made for the purpose of account activation and management.
If your card expires, is lost, or deactivated, please contact our Plus+ Pass support team via the web form as soon as possible to update your data and avoid your pass being blocked.
Insurance
- If I have already used my Plus+ Bike Pass, can I purchase insurance?
Insurance must be purchased at the same time as buying the Plus+ Bike Pass or, in any case, before doing any downhill runs. If you have already used the Plus+ Bike Pass, you cannot add insurance.
If you did not add insurance during the online purchase process, you still have time to do so when you go to the ticket office to pick up your Plus+ Bike Pass, before printing the pass.
Note: Insurance will be charged each day you use the Plus+ Bike Pass up to a maximum of €60. Once this amount is reached, the insurance charge will stop, but you will remain covered during your Bike days.You can check coverage details at https://creanvida.ad/.
