Access to the slopes with pets is limited. They can go up in the “pet-friendly” cars of the La Massana and Orriols cable cars, and they can go through the slope access points, but they cannot access the slopes or some of the restaurant terraces. You must get permission from the manager of the establishment.
Can I use the cable cars if I’m pregnant?
It is important to note that, in general, using the cable car does not pose any risks to pregnant women. However, as with any activity, it is essential that you listen to the guidelines and recommendations of your doctor.
Can I bring my baby and pram/buggy with me onto the cable cars?
Access is possible with a pram/buggy. If you need help, please ask one of our conductors.
Do all of the cable cars provide wheelchair access?
Access to both the La Massana and Orriols cable cars is possible for those with reduced mobility. Just ask the conductor to stop or reduce the speed to allow you to enter.
Sleds/Snowbikes
Are snowbikes and snowscoots allowed on the slopes?
Yes. These activities are permitted at our resort.
Are sleds allowed on the slopes?
No, they are not. For safety reasons we do not allow the use of sleds at our facilities. But we have a pack that includes this activity. Book.
