What should I do if Bike World is closed due to bad weather?
Go to the ticket office on the same day and the staff will inform you what to do.
When will the Bike World be open?
Bike World is scheduled to open on the weekend of 14 and 15 June. From 21 June it will be open every day until 14 September.
From 7th to 13th July will be closed due to the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships.

What are the Bike World's opening hours?
The Mountain Park is open from 10:15 a.m. to 5.45 p.m.
Entrance park / activities
Do the activities include insurance?
No, none of Mountain Park's activities include insurance. You may, however, purchase it at the ticket office.
Access
Can I go up to the park with my wheelchair?
Yes, access for people with reduced mobility is possible. Just ask the driver to stop or slow down speed to facilitate the descent.
Can I take a stroller on the cable car?
Yes, there is no minimum age on the Pal cable car.
Can I take my dog up to the Mountain Park?
You can take dogs up to go hiking, but not to the Bike Park or the activities. We have a cabin that is specially adapted for them. Dogs must always be on a leash.

Do you have any discounts for disabled visitors?
Yes. Upon presentation of proof of functional disability (33% or more) at the ticket office, you will be entitled to a 20% discount on your Mountain Park ticket or Basic Pass.
Is there a discount with the Club Super 3 card?
No discounts are currently available with this card.
Is there a discount for Piolet Club card holders?
Yes, upon presentation of your card and ID at the ticket office, you will receive a 10% discount on entry to the Mountain Park.
