How to get?

  • Can you get to the resort by public transport?
    During the summer, you can take public transport to La Massana. If you're coming from Andorra la Vella or Escaldes – Engordany, you can take the line L5 or L6 bus and get off at the “Centre Vila” stop, in front of the La Massana Cable Car building.
    If you're coming from Sispony or Anyòs, or other locations, there are parish buses available. You can check all the options here.
    Once you get to La Massana, you can take our cable car to the Bike Park & Mountain Park (approx. 7 minutes).
  • Can you get to the resort by car?
    Yes, once you reach the town of La Massana, continue along the CG-4 towards Pal and then take the CS-420 to La Caubella, the base of the resort, where you can access the Mountain Park and the Bike Park.

Opening/closing station

  • When is the resort expected to close?

    The planned closing date for the 2024/2025 season is April 20th, depending on weather and snow conditions.

  • When is the resort expected to open?

    The planned opening date for the 2024/2025 season is November 30th, depending on weather and snow conditions.

Ticket Office Hours

  • What are the opening hours of the ticket offices for purchasing and/or picking up my passes?

    Our ticket offices are open every day throughout the winter season from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Parking

  • Where can I park my motorhome?
    Motorhomes can be parked in the La Caubella car park for a maximum of 48 hours. There is a designated section, but it does not have electricity or water connections or rubbish collection.
    If a resort staff member asks for a motorhome to be moved, the owner of the vehicle will have to park it in a different location.
    Remember that making campfires or bonfires on the ground and in campsites is prohibited.                                            
  • Where can I park my motorhome?
    You can park in the La Caubella car park in Pal and in the Comallemple car park in Arinsal for up to 48 hours. There is a reserved area, but it does not have points for lights, water or waste collection. If resort staff ask you to move your motorhome, either for safety reasons or to remove snow, you must change location.
  • Does the resort have car parks
    In Pal Arinsal, we have 10 free car parks with capacity for 6,600 vehicles. If you choose to go to Arinsal, we recommend that you park in the centre of the town and use the Arinsal cable car to access the slopes. If you prefer, you can park in Prat de la Mollera and access the central services building in Arinsal via the Josep Serra chairlift. If you choose to go to Pal, you can park in any of the reserved parking areas at slopes with direct access to the different points in the sector.

Andorra Pass Summer

  • What does the Andorra Pass Summer consist of?
    This pass includes access to any two of these five Grandvalira Resorts sectors: Canillo, Soldeu, Encamp, Ordino and Pal.  
                                                                                                   
    Information to take into account:                                                                                                                                    
    • Use of the cable car and one activity are included in each sector. More details by following this link .                  
    • You can use this pass on consecutive or non-consecutive days throughout the whole summer (subject to the calendar of each activity).
    • You can use this pass in different sectors or in the same sector.

Events

  • What events are scheduled and when do they take place?
    The Pal sector will play host to the 2024 Mountain Bike World Championships from 26 August to 1 September. Buy your tickets here .

Promotions/Discounts

  • Where can I check the current promotions for the season?

    The terms and conditions of the promotions can be found directly on our website. Additionally, if you are registered in our database, you will receive our regular newsletter which includes details of promotions and/or last-minute offers.

  • Are there discounts for large families?
    No, but we have various family packages and offers. We recommend that you visit our offers section.
  • My child has a Super 3 Club Card: are they entitled to any discounts?
    We do not offer any discounts for Super 3 Club Card holders at present.
  • Are there any discounts for Youth Card holders?
     We do not offer any discounts for Youth Card holders at present.
  • Do staff from other resorts get any discounts?
    Yes, they get a 20% discount on the price of the pass. To get this discount, go to any of our ticket offices and present your white HR card (the original, not a copy). This discount is not available for online bookings.
  • I am an instructor at another resort: am I entitled to any discounts?
    If they hold an ISIA Card, instructors from other resorts are given a 20% discount on the price of the pass. To get this discount, go to any of our ticket offices and present your card. This discount is not available for online bookings.
  • Is it cheaper to buy the pass on the website than at the ticket offices?
    Yes, because the pass prices are dynamic and vary according to demand and how far in advance you purchase them.

Weather/Snow Conditions/Open Trails

  • Can I check the weather forecast for the slopes and find out about skiable kilometres and snow conditions?

    Yes, you can check this updated information directly on our website: live / webcams

  • If the weather is bad, are refunds given for the passes and/or services purchased?

    No. The passes and services purchased are not refundable under any circumstances. If the resort closes, you must go to one of our ticket offices, where the Grandvalira Resorts staff will tell you what you need to do. (The process will vary depending on the type of pass you have and the services you have purchased.)

  • What precautions should I take when travelling to Andorra in winter?
    When travelling through mountainous areas in winter, you may encounter snow and/or ice on the road (as is the case in Andorra). Therefore, it is essential that you always carry snow chains, exercise caution when driving and check the weather before setting out.
