- Where is the summer overnight parking area located and what is its capacity?
It is located at the entrance to the Caubella parking area, in the Pal sector (Caubella Road, AD400).
The area offers 60 designated pitches for motorhomes, campervans and adapted vans.

- What are the opening dates and the price of the motorhome area during the summer?

- Which season passes allow access to the Bike Park during the 2026 summer season?
You have access to the Bike Park with:
Bike Pass, Andorra Pass, Nord Pass, Sundays (only on Sundays), Freestyle, Extracurricular, University, Companion.
With Mountain Pass and Pedestrian passes, you have access to the gondolas (one ride up and one ride down per day).
- I have already registered with My Grandski but, can’t remember my password. What should I do?You can access My GrandSki whenever you like using your customer details. If you can’t remember the password, select “I've forgotten my password” and we will issue you a new one.
- Once the summer season has ended, what should I do with my pass?
When the 2026 summer season ends, we recommend keeping your pass. At Grandvalira Resorts, all passes are rechargeable, so you can reuse the same card on future occasions.
- With the Bike Pass, can I access all the Grandvalira Resorts ski lifts?
No, with the Bike Pass season pass, you can only access the open lifts in the Grandvalira and Pal sectors.
- What should I do in case of loss or theft? Who should I contact?
In case of the loss or theft of your season Bike Pass, the first thing you need to do is contact the season pass customer service department via web form so they can block the pass and avoid possible fraudulent use. Next, you need to go to one of the resort’s authorised ticket offices so we can issue a duplicate pass, on payment of a card issuance and administration fee of €20, so you can continue using it. You’ll find step-by-step instructions in section 1) of the resort’s internal regulations.
- Do I need a pass to do the e-bike activity?
It is not necessary to have a pass to do the e-BIKE activity, as long as the lifts are not used to access the station. However, we recommend using one to save battery during rides outside the station routes.

- If I suffer an injury, what should I do to receive a compensation voucher for the summer 2027?
In case of accident, illness or pregnancy you can contact through our online form and Grandvalira Resorts Season Pass department will study each case and offer an answer, as long as the pass is not amortized.
- Can I use the pass I bought during the 2026 summer season at the Winter Park during the 2026/27 winter season?
Yes, with the purchase of the Bike Pass Season Pass 2026 you have access from the moment of purchase until April 6, 2026, summer 2026 and winter 2026/27.
From July 7 to July 12, the access to the Bike Park circuits will be closed for the celebration of the MTB World Cup.
From July 7 to July 12, access to the lifts will only be available with an event ticket.*The schedules are subject to possible modifications during the season.
- In what circumstances are Bike Pass season passes permanently withdrawn?
Please note that your season pass is strictly personal and non-transferable and is subject to Law 21/2022 of June 9th, on mountain resorts (BOPA of 22 June 2022).
If the pass is used by anyone other than the registered holder and is detected by the resort’s security teams or by the new fraud detection system using cameras at the access points, the pass will be immediately withdrawn and will not be returned under any circumstances during summer 2026.
In case of resale or fraudulent use of the Season Pass, Grandvalira Resorts will automatically proceed to block and permanently withdraw the pass, which will not be returned to the holder under any circumstances.
- How can I take out the summer insurance if I already had the insurance for the winter season 2025/26?
You can be insured by paying a supplement of 40 € for insurance, directly at the ticket office.
We remind you that, once the Season pass has been used, the insurance cannot be added.
- In what cases can I get a renewal discount of the Season Bike Pass?
If you had a Season Bike Pass during the 2025 season, in order to benefit from the special product as a loyal customer, you will receive an email with a code with which you can register through our online platform to purchase your 2026 Season Bike Pass.
You will need to enter this code during the registration process, just when you are asked if you already had a summer season pass last year. You will have to mark CLIENT FIDEL and enter the corresponding code to obtain the final price.

Online shopping
- How can I pick up a season Season Bike Pass on behalf of someone else?
Season passes obtained online are issued in person to the purchaser at Grandvalira Resorts facilities, (you will need to show the reference number generated during the process).
The owner of the purchase will also need to show a suitable personal identity document with a photograph to prove their identity (passport or national identity document).
If another person goes on behalf of the purchaser, they will need an authorisation signed by the purchaser and a photocopy of their passport or national identity document.
- Where can I pick up my Bike Pass season pass if I already bought it online?
You can pick up your Bike Pass season pass at any of the ticket offices available in the Pal Arinsal sector.

Insurance
- How can I purchase the summer Bike Pass insurance and what is its price?
The insurance can be purchased during the online purchase process or at the designated ticket offices, always before using the pass for the first time in the 2026 summer season. Once it has been used, it will no longer be possible to add or cancel it.
Bike Pass costumers: €60.
Andorra Pass and Nord Pass customers WITHOUT winter insurance: €60.
Andorra Pass and Nord Pass customers WITH winter insurance: €40.

- What are the Bike Park's opening hours?
- From June 20 to September 13, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Weekends from September 19 to October 12, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- From December 5 to April 6, 2026.
From July 7 to July 12, access to the Bike Park circuits will be closed due to the celebration of the MTB World Cup.
Only the lower areas will remain open.
