To be able to sell Grandvalira Resorts’s services you need to register as a customer on our website for tourism professionals.
I am a travel agent: am I entitled to any discounts?
Travel agents are eligible for a 20% discount per season on the purchase of two or more-day passes. To take advantage of this offer, please send an email from your agency's address to "recepcio@grandvaliraresorts.com" with at least 48 hours in advance.
You will receive a discount voucher to apply when making your booking.

I have lost something at the resort, where do I need to go?
If you have lost a personal item or if you have found one and want to hand it in, you can go to the Customer Service Offices located in the Pal sector, in La Caubella. You can contact them by calling the customer service number +376 891815 or using the contact form.

You can ask at the information point in the sector where you think you lost the item, or you can get in touch with us using the contact form.
