Questions about On Tracks
Wifi
- How can I access the resort’s Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi at Pal Arinsal is free for all customers. You can connect through the APP or our network by entering your personal details in the form that will automatically open on your device. The system will ask you for the WiFi Code, which you will find printed on the front of your ski pass. Enter the code and complete the registration with an email address. The connection will remain active throughout your stay, so you will not need to reconnect every day.
- I don’t have a ski pass. Can I connect to Wi-Fi in any other way?
Yes. All Wi-Fi areas at the resort offer a free 30-minute connection. Connect to «Grandvalira Resorts Wi-Fi» and, on the captive portal, select «Connect for free for 30 minutes». This allows you to manage your ski pass purchase or download the app.
- Which areas of the resort have Wi-Fi coverage?
Wi-Fi is available in the main buildings and at the access points to the main lifts. Wi-Fi coverage is not available throughout the entire resort. For detailed information about Wi-Fi coverage points, please ask at the resort’s information points.
- Can I use the same Wi-Fi Code on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. A Wi-Fi Code is linked to a single verified email address, but it allows up to 5 devices to be connected simultaneously using the same account.
- What is the WiFi Code and where can I find it?
The Wi-Fi Code is the code you need to register for the Wi-Fi network if you have a day or multi-day ski pass. It is printed on the front of your ski pass, next to the text «WiFi Code».
- My Wi-Fi Code is not printed or is illegible.
Go to any Grandvalira Resorts information point or ticket office. Our staff will be able to read your ski pass using Ski Solutions and print your Wi-Fi Code on paper. This applies to both season passes and day or multi-day ski passes.
