Day and Multi-day Pass
- How far in advance do I need to make my online purchases for Pal Arinsal?The pass prices are dynamic and vary according to demand and how far in advance you purchase them. If you know the dates of your visit, we recommend booking your passes in advance make sure you get the best price.
- Are half-day passes available?
Yes, we offer afternoon passes. This ski pass can be used from 1:00 pm until the slopes close.
- Where can I obtain the passes and services I’ve purchased?You can collect the services that you have purchased online at the express machines (TVM) or directly at the Pal Arinsal ticket offices. We have 8 TVM machines across several locations: the town of La Massana, the town of Arinsal, the entrances to the two sectors and the Illa Carlemany shopping centre. Our ticket offices are located at the foot of the La Massana and Orriols cable cars in Arinsal, and also in the Planell building in Pal and the Comallemple building in Arinsal.
- Is there a special pass for beginners?
Yes, the beginner’s pass is on sale at our ticket offices and on our website. This pass grants access to certain facilities (lifts) at each of the sectors in our resort. Buy ski pass.
- Can I access the slopes if I don't ski?
Yes, there are pedestrian passes that include one ascent and one descent on the same day in all La Massana cable car for Pal sector, and Els Orriols cable car for Arinsal sector. Buy ski pass.
- I’ve lost my ski pass, can I request a duplicate?
Grandvalira Resorts does not issue duplicate ski passes, but you can buy a loss insurance at the resort’s ticket offices that allows you to obtain a free duplicate of your pass in case of loss. The cost is 1,7€ per day/person.
If you purchase the accident insurance on the slopes, it already includes loss coverage. - At what age do children require a pass?A pass must be purchased for all children born in 2018 or earlier (regardless of the day or month).
- My child is young enough to qualify for a free pass. Do they need a pass to access the slopes?Although the pass is free, the child must have it in order to be able to access the slopes. Free passes can only be acquired at the ticket offices, as you will be required to show proof of your child’s age.
Ski Insurance
- What should I do if I have an accident on the slopes?If you have an accident, you must go to the resort’s medical centre and present your insured pass. If you need further assistance, call the following number to request authorisation: +(376) 88 16 46. Please note: reimbursement will not be provided for services that are not authorised by the insurer.
- Why is it important to take out ski insurance?Like any other activity, skiing and snowboarding always entail a certain amount of risk, and this risk should not be ignored. That is why it is important to take out ski insurance.
- Does the pass price include insurance covering accidents on the slopes?No, but ski insurance can be taken out via our website when you purchase the pass. It can also be taken out at the ticket offices. It is important to bear in mind that once a pass has been used, insurance can no longer be added to it.

- Can I organise my own snowshoeing excursion?

- Can I bring my dog on my snowshoeing excursion or ski mountaineering ?In accordance with the law concerning mountain resorts, access to the mountain circuits and the slopes with dogs and pets is prohibited.
