Opening and closing

  • When will the Bike Park be open?
    The Bike Park is scheduled to open on 14, 15 and 16 June. From 22 June it will be open every day until 8 September. From 14 September it will be open at the weekend until 13 October. The weather conditions will dictate whether or not it will be open.

  • What are the Bike Park's opening hours?
    • 14-15-16 June, from 9h30 am to 6 pm.
    • From August 22nd to August 25th, from 9h30 am to 6 pm
    • From August 26th to September 1st, closed for the World Mountain Bike Championships 2024.
    • From September 2 to 8, from 9h30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    • Weekends from September 9 to October 13, from 9h30 am to 5 pm.

  • Does the price of the pass include insurance?
    No, the pass doesn't include insurance, but you can take it out directly at the ticket office when you buy your pass.
  • Where can I buy the bike pass?
    You can buy your Bike Park pass in several locations:

    Online shop: go to the website and select the best pass for your needs. 

    La Massana cable car: directly at the ticket office

    Tourist information office: located in Plaça de les Fontetes. 

    Pal customer service: located in the El Planell building. Directly at the ticket office.

    Ticket machines: buy your pass whenever you want (24 hours a day) without having to queue (passes can be purchased for the day until 2:30 p.m.).

Bike rental

  • Where can I hire a bike?

    The resort doesn't have its own hire shops, but we can recommend a range of shops that hire out bikes. More information.

Clases

  • What options are there for my child?

    The Pal Arinsal Bike School offers three options for children. Furious , for children aged 3 to 11, with classes held on weekends from May. Furious Camp , for children aged 6 to 12, with classes held during themed weeks in the summer. Summer Kids Cam ​​​​​​​p, for children aged 4 to 13.

  • Does the resort offer downhill mountain bike classes?
    Yes, we have a specialisation school staffed with instructors who trained at the EFPEM (Andorra Sports and Mountain Professions Training School), where you can take private lessons as a beginner or to improve your level. Booking.

Promotions/Discounts

  • Is there a discount for Youth Card holders?
    Upon presentation of your card at the ticket office, you will receive a 10% discount on your Bike Park pass.
  • Do you have any discounts for disabled visitors?
    Yes. Upon presentation of proof of functional disability (33% or more) at the ticket office, you will be entitled to a 20% discount on your Bike Park pass.
