- How can I check the availability for my chosen dates?
To check hotel availability, simply use our search engine and select "Hotel + Ski." Our website displays real-time availability, so if your desired hotel appears, it means rooms are available.
Please note that if the hotel does not appear or there are no offers for your selected dates, it means the hotel is not available.
- Can I pick up my ski pass at the hotel?
If you choose one of our "Hotel + ski packages", the ski passes and other services you have purchased will be placed in an envelope addressed to you and left at your accommodation. (This service is only available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance and on working days). Please note that this service is not available for bookings where the first ski day coincides with the arrival day at the accommodation. In such cases, you will need to pick up your pass at any of the ticket offices in our resort.
- Can I pick up my pass at the hotel?This service is not offered in summer. You can print out your pass at any one of our collection points.

- Xiringuito Coll de la Botella (Terrace): Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)
- Pasta Box: Pasta or Pizza + drink (water or soft drink)
Sector of Arinsal:
- Piccolo: Pasta + drink (water or soft drink)
- Xalet Igloo: Sandwich + french fries + drink (water or soft drink)

- Do I need to book a table for the restaurants?
There is no need to book for the self-service and fast food restaurants. However, we recommend booking ahead for the à la carte restaurants. Book a table
- Can I order food in advance?Yes, we offer express menu options (sandwich, crisps and drink). This menu optio can only be purchased onlin e. They cannot be purchased at the resort’s restaurants.
- Does Pal Arinsal have menus and options for those with allergies and special dietary requirements (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.)?Yes, you can find these options in at least one restaurant in all of our sectors.
